Dual-polarization quantum-enhanced stimulated Raman scattering microscopy

In this paper, we propose an approach for implementing quantum-enhanced stimulated Raman scattering (QESRS) microscopy using a dual-polarization scheme. This has advantages high-power operation and enables ultrasensitive detection of molecular vibrational mode symmetry. To demonstrate the feasibility effectiveness our technique, present both theoretical framework experimental results QESRS. Our technique resulted in noticeable reduction noise on parallel orthogonal QESRS spectra as well depolarization ratio spectra. These validate potential achieving high-speed imaging with sub-shot-noise sensitivity.
